Production techniques:

CNC milling: Components can be realized by 3-axis-milling-machinery up to max. size of 1,500 x 1,000 mm; With the technique of 5-axis-milling only 1 piece to larger series with a size of max. 800x800x500 mm can be manufactured
CNC-turning: max. 180mm Ø from 1 piece to larger series
3D-print: Components with a smallest size of 5x5x5mm and a biggest size of 406x355x406mm can be produced. With FDM, Multi Jet Fusion and Polyjet prototypes and middle series are realizable.
Sheet metal processing: Components with a sickness of 25mm are produced. The minimum component size is 20x20mm, while the maximum part size is 3,000x1,500mm. Customers can order only 1 piece or larger series.
