Pulverspritzguss

The aim of this project is to develop a particularly efficient manufacturing process based on powder injection molding to produce one-piece complete implants for dental surgery. The intention is to combine the advantages of a one-piece implant with immediate loading thanks to an exterior parabolic design adapted to mechanical and medical requirements, and with special surface structuring based on micro-grooves and the differing material properties of titanium and zirconium oxide.
